Hurst Homes is built around the idea that property is more than just an investment, its a lifestyle! We focus on properties that connect people to the communities, the beauty of nature, and the relaxed spirit of Florida living. Whether its a beachside escape, a neighborhood tucked under live oak trees dripping with spanish moss, or a quaint tract home that brings family and friends together in one of the areas many fun subdivisions - Hurst Homes invests with the goal of creating experiences as memorable as they are valuable. 

Home investing wasn’t something we planned — it just evolved from the way we live. Over the course of two decades chasing our supply chain careers around this great country, we moved 13 times - buying homes with good

bones and improving them before our next move. What started as a practical way to make each house feel like home, turned into a passion for thoughtful renovation and

inspired unique design.  

These days, we’re more settled, but still can’t resist a good project — from removing the “builder grade” from our latest family home, to giving our 1980s beach house new personality, to working with our family farm.

Lately, our kids have started getting in on the action, too. Our daughter has loved designing her current room — a vision of purple perfection — and helped create a doghouse

nook under the stairs inspired by a golden retriever TikTok sensation. Meanwhile, our boys are determined to fit as much camo, dinosaur and baseball theme as their shared room can handle. 

What’s next? Who knows — but we’re enjoying the ride, one project at a time.
